 The 2009 “Mapping Our Way to a Healthier Community” and the MAPP Tutorial

The 2009 “Mapping Our Way to a Healthier Community” through Mobilizing for Action Through Planning and Partnership (MAPP) is now available for viewing and printing.  This report provides statistical data and charts on a variety of health related issues.  It provides comprehensive health information for Clinton, Essex and Franklin Counties.  Also here is the  MAPP Executive Summary document.

The MAPP Tutorial allows individuals to learn more about the MAPP process used in the tri-county area and to encourage local agencies/organizations to join in this dynamic process.
