NYS Cancer Services Program of Clinton County

One of the most important things you can do to live a long, healthy life is to get your yearly screenings.
NYS Cancer Services Program of Clinton County is a grant funded program that provides FREE breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screenings to uninsured men and women.

It is important to get your screenings early for all three types of cancer; breast, cervical, and colorectal. All three types of cancer can be detected and treated if found in their early stages. Early detection is truly your best protection!

What Does the Program Provide?

The program provides to eligible participants:

• Mammograms
• Clinical Breast Exams
• Colorectal Cancer Screenings
• Pap and Pelvic Exams
• Educational Materials
• Health Care Referrals



How Much Does it Cost?


The NYS Cancer Services Program of Clinton County is FREE to all eligible men and women.  


What Doctors Can I See?

Many local doctors participate with the program, yours may be one of them! All local OBGYNs participate with the NYS Cancer Services Program of Clinton County along with many other local doctors’ offices. 


Program Contacts

The NYS Cancer Services Program of Clinton County is run by a program coordinator/outreach educator and a data/case manager.

The data/ case manager will answer any questions on eligibility, make you an appointment with a local doctor and handle all paperwork involved. If you would like to contact the data/ case manager please call 562-7112.

The outreach educator/coordinator can provide education materials as well as give presentations on the program or on breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer to your workplace or community agency. If you would like to contact the outreach educator/coordinator please call 565-4993.
